Bio
Always moved by an excited will, she's always exploring and experimenting, aiming far goals and new spaces; and aware that in life, as in art, it's always possible to grow.
From art gymnastic and sport science degree (with specialization in sport management), she met the “dance with fire”.
Federica discovered the world of street art through some Sicilian jugglers, which she've been working together for years.
In 2012 she attended the “Piccola scuola di Circo” in Milan both as student and apprentice. She enhanced the several circus arts studies while working as physical education teacher in the primary school.
She then specialized her formation attending several workshops and meeting many artists and teachers as Patrick Pinchon, Antti Suniala, Marco Bizzozero, Duo Zamaga, Loretta Morrone, Peter Weyel, Alessio Targioni, Paolo Dei Giudici and Daniele Sardella.
2013 has been a year with big changes and transforming; with significant events and a big sudden absence, that helps her personal growth and artistic, creating bases for the beging of her first personal show: “Maiora”.
More than a show, “Maiora” becomes a path, an experience, a dimension in wich the artist decides to tell her story.
A theatrical and unconventional fire show in wich the fire, the scenic tools and body, begins a motor of emotions, a shiver that goes through the soul, a way to tell.
Borns in 2014, totally self-released, in 2015 the artist, not satisfied with the outcome, she collaborates with Carmen Perfetto, graduated at the Academy Kataklò and dancer in the Company “Lost Movement”.
The show has already been represented in various events : Sarnico Busker, Lunathica night busker, Alchemica, Santa Sofia Busker, Art2night Bergamo, Motorfest Bottanuco, Tutti Matti per Colorno, the most noticeable ones.
In 2017 she participates in "Dissolve", a project written and produced by Max Gasparini and Marco Travali, edited by Angela Madesani.
The basic theme of the project are moods and Federica is chosen to interpret "melancholy".
The artist, for this event, reinvent his "actions" with fire, finding a new measure, a new form, within the context in wich the performance takes place.
The performance was streamed on October 14th, for the national day of the contemporary arts promoted by Amaci.
